Research and Development

We adopt advanced CAD/CAM technology to design and manufacture moulds. We can design and produce all kinds of moulds according to customer's drawings or samples. We have 10 professional experienced engineers in our R&D department. If there is any unsuitable product design aspect, we will provide a suitable alternative. We also utilize mould flow analysis on products. Regarding uncertain parts, we will do a handmade prototype to test accordingly.
